Rates
Free standard shipping on orders over $95 within the contiguous US. Under that it's a flat $6.95 — the same whether you buy a sticker or a jacket.
- Standard — 3–5 business days, free over $95, otherwise $6.95
- Expedited — 2 business days, $18
- Overnight — next business day if ordered before 11am PT, $34
- Alaska, Hawaii and US territories — calculated at checkout
Dispatch
Orders leave 1–2 business days after they're placed. You'll get a tracking number the moment the label is scanned, not when it's created — so when it lands in your inbox the box is genuinely moving.
Drop releases can take an extra day during the first week of a run. If something is going to be slower than this, we email you rather than letting you wonder.
International
Canada currently. Rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination.
Duties, taxes and import fees are the customer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier at delivery, not by us at checkout. We don't mark parcels as gifts or under-declare value.
Returns
30 days from delivery. Worn, washed, doesn't matter — if it didn't work out we'd rather have it back than have you stuck with it.
- Start it from your order confirmation email, or just message us
- Return shipping inside the US is on us for the first return per order
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of arrival
- Stickers, patches and other opened hard goods can't come back for hygiene and handling reasons
Final-sale drop items are still returnable. We don't use "limited" as an excuse to make something non-refundable.
Exchanges
Free within the US. Tell us the size you want and we'll ship the replacement as soon as the original is scanned into the mail — you're not waiting on it to reach us first.
If the size you want has sold out by then we'll refund you and say so straight away rather than putting you on a backorder you didn't ask for.
Damaged or wrong
If a print is off, a seam is bad, or we sent the wrong thing, send a photo and we'll ship a replacement the same day. No return required first, and no restocking anything on you.
Manufacturing defects are covered for a year. Normal wear isn't a defect — and to be clear, we consider fading and softening to be the point, not a fault.
